Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were quite comfy, but a little on the small side. The service was top-notch, with welcoming and helpful staff, especially in Peter Kern, Oliver Royale, and at the Front Desk. The location was convenient, close to many restaurants and shops, but the noise from nearby activities was a downside. The dining experience was enjoyable with excellent options at the Oliver Royale. Facilities were standard, nothing extravagant but satisfactory.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had a lot of character with funky decorations and were clean and cool, but a bit on the small side. The staff was always helpful and terribly kind, paying attention to detail. The location was perfect for enjoying a mini-vacation in Knoxville, right on the corner of Market Square. However, the dining experience in Oliver Royale was exceptional, but a bit pricey. The facilities were convenient but could use some improvement.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, and the friendly staff provided excellent service. The central location was perfect for exploring downtown Knoxville. However, the dining options were a bit limited, and there were some minor noise disturbances.
